Do Administrators receive leave request e-mails, as well as Employees and Managers?

This may be customised functionality in IMS Online Max. Administrators do not receive leave request e-mails in IMS Online Express.

Do Assistant Managers receive leave request e-mails, as well as Managers?

Yes, Assistant Managers receive a copy of the e-mail that is sent to the employee's manager.

Do Employees receive an e-mail notification when payslips or documents are published for them?

This functionality is not available at this stage

That's great that e-mails are sent to Employees, Managers and Assistant Managers. I'd like to send some leave requests (for example, if they exceed 14 days) to another person as well. Can I do this?

Yes, this functionality may be made available in IMS Online Max. It is however not available in IMS Online Express.
