We have been using the IMS Payroll system for quite some years now and we think it’s fantastic. It is very user friendly, and straight forward to use. The helpdesk is a great source of information, there’s always a pleasant and helpful person on the other end of the line ready to help when required. For the cost involved, the service and product are great. We have over 300 employees that work 24/7 and the IMS system is very capable of our needs. A definite plus with IMS, is it’s ability to integrate with the People Inc and Timefiler software which we use for HR and timesheets etc.
